I'm pretty sure I saw that VAST are playing in the Phoenix area on April 28th. I'm not a fan, just FYI here.

I'm not excited, nor disappointed if Gwen plays Coachella. It's the beauty of the show... if you don't like who's playing on one stage, you can go to another stage.

If she did what i heard she did play two or three songs and left.?? Yes thats a disaster.
and lets be honest becuase she brought more fans in doesnt mean they will come back.. I heard of coachella for many years and didnt like the line-ups untill last year. I mean i liked the other years line-ups but not enough bands there on one day id pay to go see. So inmagine me paying to go see madonna at coachella after all these years and then to pay 100 bucks an dhave the main person i want to see come on stage for a cpl songs and leave. id be pissed oh yea. |

You are speaking on behalf of who?!? I've been attending for years and have a passion for this festival. Madonna's presence last year did not distract from what Coachella stands for as far as indie music and art goes. You don't have to be anti-Madonna to be for the developement and sharing of indie music. Her dance-tent show appealed to a wide variety of people... including this Bloc Party- Beastie Boys-Autolux-MIA- Buck 65- The Faint- Yeah Yeah Yeahs- Art Brut- Bright Eyes- (the list can go on) loving girl. |
